ALL reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.  If for any reason you need to cancel and are within 30 days of your reservation arrival date you are responsible for the entire payment unless we are able to rent the same unit to another guest.  If you are not within 30 days of your reservation arrival date there will be a $99 cancellation fee.
