-Low-speed vehicles can only be driven on streets where the speed limit is 35mph or less. 

-These vehicles are NOT allowed on Panama City Beach Parkway or Hutchinson Boulevard

-LSVs must have headlamps, stop lamps, turn signal lamps, tail lamps, reflex reflectors, parking brakes, rearview mirrors, a windshield, seat belts, and a VIN number.

-Operators must have a valid driver’s license
