A vacation is not complete in Panama City Beach without beach chairs and umbrellas. Luckily for you Treasure Island offers our very own top of the line beach chair service! We want to help you relax on your vacation by insuring that you do not have to tote all the necessities of the beach with you. We have a friendly beach attendant who is there to help accommodate any of our guests needs. Complimentary beach chair service is offered on an individual unit basis and these units are displayed on our website. For those that do not offer it as a complimentary service the chairs and umbrellas can be rented on a daily or weekly basis.

Beach Etiquette


Pop up tents are allowed to be set up to the left or right of the Treasure Island property line

When setting up your beach equipment, please keep in mind that we need to have a 10’ wide path leading from the staircase to the water’s edge in case of an emergency.

Everything must be cleaned up from the beach each night before sunset. Any items left behind will be subject to removal by the police and or TDC Vendors in accordance with the City of Panama City Beach/Bay County Leave No Trace Ordinance

Beach Chair Services

If you have purchased or you are provided beach chairs by your host, see the beach attendant when you head to the each and they will help get you set up. Please don’t hesitate to ask them to adjust or move your umbrella.

Tents are not allowed within the beach chair service area which stretches from the Public Ramp #3 on the East Side to the Public Ramp on the West side of the property.

Beach service will be suspended during inclement weather and umbrellas may be lowered during high wind for the safety of our guest and beach attendants.

Property Amenities Treasure Island Resort Condominium is your home away from home in Panama City Beach, Florida. We offer tropical landscaping with gulf front access to our stunningly white beaches, you will be sure to fall in love with this destination. Our condos are spacious and elegantly decorated throughout, providing you and your family with the perfect space to relax and unwind on your Panama City Beach vacation. Our beachfront condos are stocked with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, washer/dryer, private balcony and more. Our lagoon style swimming pool is heated during the winter months and large enough for the whole family to enjoy. We also offer Liza’s Cafe which has some of the best gourmet sandwiches and mixed drinks to satisfy our guest on the gulf coast! We have multiple shower stations that can be utilized before entering the pool and returning from the beach. Our spacious hot tub offers a great place to relax and enjoy the sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. Treasure Island Resort also offers 2 gazebos on our pool deck that can be used by guests during pool hours. The gazebos are first come, first serve, and may be used for birthday parties, wedding’s, picnic’s, and any other special events. Treasure Island also offers a newly renovated fitness center equipped with top of the line treadmills and weight stations. This area is opened 7 days a week from 8 am – 10 pm. Aside from the elegant pool and beach area we also offer an Owner’s Lounge equipped with books, magazines, games, and a television. This lounge may be reserved at the Front Desk for all gatherings from business professional to entertaining family and friends. For the chef in the family we offer Weber natural gas grills located on the 3rd floor of the parking garage and charcoal grills located on the pool deck. The clearance of our parking garage is 7 ft. 6 in. and has a total of 6 levels. The 3rd – 6th levels of the parking garage offer direct access to our elevator lobbies. There are luggage carts located on each level of the parking garage along with handicap parking for our guests with mobility issues. For those who enjoy a scenic bike ride towards St. Andrews State Park, we offer bicycle racks on each floor of the parking garage to make your experience at Treasure Island Resort truly convenient.

Each unit is required to pay a $ 20.00 Registration Fee to the HOA. Guest must register at the rental office upon arrival in order to receive parking permits and pool passes. PET Registration Fee will be $ 250.00 non-refundable. If you have a pet, please bring the pet to the front desk upon arrival, ONE PET PER UNIT AND LESS THAN 30LBS.
All visitors must sign in at the office. If you have visitors they must be registered at the front office. All visitors must have pool bands and a parking pass.
Each unit comes with one assigned parking space and one unassigned guest parking space. Only owners and registered guests are allowed to park on our property, all other vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense. All vehicles must have PERMITS prominently displayed. There shall be no storage or parking of watercraft or watercraft trailers, campers, motor homes or any trailer longer than 16 feet in total length. Trailers less than 16 feet in total length, either flatbed or enclosed, may be parked on property for a period not to exceed 30 days, and must be visually inspected by a Front Desk Staff prior to registration there is a $100 fee to register an approved trailer. Any guest registering to the property will be allowed to register and park a third (3rd) vehicle per unit per stay, as space allows. There will be an additional fee of $100.00 per vehicle per stay to register third (3rd) vehicle. Visitors of Owners and Registered guests are to park in the overflow parking on the 6th level of the parking garage or any unmarked spots on the north side of the car garage. Register Now

Walkways and stairways are fire exit lanes. No articles shall be left in these areas at any time.
DO NOT put large boxes in the trash chute. DO NOT leave trash sitting in the hallway, trash room. Please ensure the trash room door is closed.
Fitness room is available 8AM – 10PM daily. You must be 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult. Please follow the rules posted in the fitness room.
Grills of any kind are not allowed on the balconies. Natural Gas Grills are available on the 3rd level of the parking deck. Charcoal grills are located on the East side of the pool deck
Guests must maintain noise level to avoid annoyance to others. Radios with earphones are required in all public areas, including the pool deck. “Quiet Hours” are enforced throughout the resort between 10:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M.
Feeding seagulls is prohibited on resort property and on the beach.
Skateboards, roller blades, hoverboards, and skates are not allowed on property. Parents will be held responsible for their children.
Pool hours are 8:00 A.M. – 10:00 P.M. Please follow the rules posted for your safety. All registered guests must wear pool bands provided to you at check-in. NO RESERVING lounge chairs or taking them to the beach or your balcony. Small children must wear swimming diapers. NO GLASS in or around the pool area. The smoking of tobacco and vapor products is prohibited on the pool deck.
Treasure Island Resort assumes no responsibility for any loss or theft of personal property.
Treasure Island understands that situations may arise that could cause you to have to cancel your reservation. Cancellations will need to be communicated to our reservationist at least 30 days prior to your arrival date in order to only be penalized $99. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be held responsible for the entire amount of the reservation or any balance that cannot be recovered by renting it to another guest. We would strongly recommend inquiring with your reservationist about our optional 3rd party Travel Insurance Provider to ensure that any unexpected travel delays or interruptions can possibly be recovered. If you are a winter guest or vacationing from a 1 month to a 5-month period (November – March 23rd) you are required to give a 60-day cancellation notice to only incur a $99 cancellation fee. If you are within 60 days of your arrival date you will forfeit your advance payment and the remainder of what cannot be recovered by renting the condo to another guest. If the period of rental can be re-booked, a refund for the period re-rented or the part thereof, less a cancellation fee of $99.00 will be reimbursed to the cancelling party. If any part of the rental period cannot be re-booked, the renter will forfeit all monies paid for that period.
ATTENTION OWNERS AND GUESTS EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 2014 ONLY DOGS UNDER 30LBS. ARE ALLOWED AND MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE OFFICE. TREASURE ISLAND PET POLICY Owners will be charged $25.00 annually per pet. Guests/Renters will be charged a non refundable $250.00 registration fee per dog, per stay and are limited to one pet with a weight limit of less than 30 lbs. Dog must wear assigned collar when on property. Pet registration will be made during normal business hours or as soon as possible in the event of late arrival. Infraction will result in the pet being removed from the property. If the pet owner fails to remove the pet, then the owner of the pet will be removed from the property in accordance with our governing documents and state law. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Dog owners are responsible for any damage or disturbance caused by their pet. The ONLY designated dog walk is on the west side of the property. Dog owners are required to “scoop the poop” and place in proper container. Infractions will result in a fine of $50.00 per occurrence. Dogs is not allowed in the pool area or on the beach. Dogs that disturbs owners or guests must be removed from the property. Dogs MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE OFFICE.

NOTICE: If you are renting your unit and your guest fails to abide by the rules of the Association or for any other reason, YOU WILL BE ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES caused by your guests.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent through Treasure Island.
The condo must be a pet friendly accommodating unit. Only 1 dog under 30 lbs. is allowed per unit if the unit is pet friendly. The size of your pet will be verified upon your arrival. There is a non-refundable $250 pet registration fee due upon check in.
All rental units have 1 assigned parking space, labeled with your unit number. For your second vehicle, we have a limited amount of unassigned parking throughout each level of our parking garage with the 6th level being completely unassigned.
There will be a $100 charge per additional vehicle paid upon registration.
There is a $100 charge for your flatbed or enclosed trailer not to exceed 16 ft in total length. This will be verified upon registration. No watercraft trailers or trailers that exceed 16 ft in total length will be allowed.
Yes there is free Wifi throughout Treasure Island Resort.
If a maintenance issue is noticed upon arrival please contact your Rental Management Company or the individual owner you rented from.
The rental office is open Monday through Sunday 8am – 5pm.
