HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION RULES AND REGULATIONS

REGISTRATION: Each unit is required to pay a $ 35.00 Registration Fee to the HOA. Guest must register at the rental office upon arrival in order to receive parking permits and pool passes. PET Registration Fee will be $ 300.00 non-refundable. If your unit allows a pet, please bring the pet to the front desk upon arrival, ONE (1) PET PER UNIT AND LESS THAN 30LBS.

PARKING: Each unit comes with one (1) assigned parking space and one (1) guest vehicle parking space. Only owners and registered guests are allowed to park, all other vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense. All vehicles must have PERMITS prominently displayed. There shall be no storage or parking of water craft or watercraft trailers, campers, motor homes or any trailer longer than 16 feet in total length. Trailers less than 16 feet in total length, either flat bed or enclosed, may be parked on property for a period not to exceed 30 days. Any guest registering to the property will be allowed to register and park a third (3rd) vehicle or trailer per unit per stay, as space allows. There will be an additional fee of $100.00 per vehicle/trailer per stay to register third (3rd) vehicle or a trailer. Visitors of Owners and Registered guests are to park in the public beach parking on the west side of resort. Any vehicle making use of a hitch style carrier must either have the carrier folded up or removed from the vehicle.

FIRE EXIT: Walkways and stairwells are fire exit lanes. No articles shall be left in these areas at any time.

TRASH CHUTES: DO NOT put large boxes in the trash chute. DO NOT leave trash sitting in the hallway, trash room. Please ensure the trash room door is closed.

FITNESS ROOM: Fitness room is available 8:00am to 10:00pm or until the Rental Office Lobby Doors lock up you must enter the fitness room via Lobby Rental Office.  You must be 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult.  Please follow the rules posted in the fitness room.

GRILLS: Grills of any kind are not allowed on the balconies. Gas Grills are available on the 3rd level of the parking deck. Charcoal grills are located on the East side of the pool deck

BALCONIES: DO NOT climb or lean over the balcony. DO NOT drape towels, clothing, etc, on balcony railings. DO NOT throw anything from the balcony. This is a Felony in the State of Florida

NOISE LEVEL: Guests must maintain noise level to avoid annoyance to others. Radios with earphones are required in all public areas, including the pool deck. “Quiet Hours” are enforced throughout the resort between 11:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M.

SEAGULLS: Feeding seagulls is prohibited on resort property and on the beach.

SKATEBOARDS: Skateboards, roller blades, hover boards, and skates are not allowed on property.  Parents will be held responsible for their children.

POOL AREA: Pool hours are 8:00 A.M. – 11:00 P.M. Please follow the rules posted for your safety. All registered guests must wear pool bands provided to you at check-in. NO RESERVING lounge chairs or taking them to the beach. Small children must wear swimming diapers. NO GLASS in or around the pool area. The smoking of tobacco and vapor products is prohibited on the pool deck.

BEACH ETIQUETTE: Please set up tents to the left or right side of the property on the beach.  When setting up beach equipment, please keep in mind that we need 10′ wide path leading from the stairs to the waters edge in case of emergency.  Help keep the beaches beautiful and clean up after yourself.  Everything must be cleaned up from the beach each night before sunset.  Any items left behind will be subject to removal by the police and or TDC Vendors in accordance with the City of Panama City Beach/Bay County Leave No Trace Ordinance.

LOSS OR THEFT: Treasure Island Resort assumes no responsibility for any loss or theft of personal property.

NOTICE: If you are renting condo and your guest fails to abide by the rules of the Association or for any other reason, You Will Be Ultimately Responsible for Damages caused by your guest.
